Personally I prefer proof when people make claims.
Making a big list of
X-Finished
Y-100 percent
Z-90 percent
is so vague... just make a video showcasing what your server offers with a number of players on and edit it nicely so that it's not complete **** (I don't expect much but make it look half decent).
Then throw in a couple feature screenshots, feature overview and basic information on what the server attempts to do (Leveling server? Great! give us some information on how fast or slow it is and why you want it to be a leveling server).
Bit lists of pictures and features are boring. Provide some insight into both the current state of the server, but also what you want to develop it into.
