Looking for a better powersource

hey this is my first post. i kinda new to all this but i started my own p server and i am wondering if someone can help me find a new source or anyone can help me fix stuff on my server. like the jail dont work, cpadmin give u 50 cps for a db, and other stuff . I gladly appreciate if someone can give me a hand on it lol.
