Your 'Perfect' Leveling Server!

I'm just gathering information about people's preferences' on leveling servers.
If you could take time to fill out this form I'd really appreciate it!
This is a quick little form, in a week or to, i'll draw up an idea, i have several unique ideas:]
Server Patch:
Max Level:
What classes?
Any skills you would not want to see?
Additional Things:

[Spirited]

Server Patch: My top three: (1) 5187, (2) 4282, (3) 5065
Max Level: 120 - 137. Nothing over 137.
What classes? First 5 classes.
Any skills you would not want to see? Uhmmm... Nope. I'm good.
Additional Things: I don't think any of this really matters. Events are what make a server.

Server Patch: 5200, 5250, 5379 or 5517(<- in order of best)
Max Level: 138.
What classes? Trojan, Warrior, Ninja, Archer and Toaist.
Any skills you would not want to see? Toxic fog.
Additional Things: New weapons, as fang said, events to make your players want to stay! New content weekly! Nobody can ever get to be the best of the best, there can be a person closest to it, but not there because as long as it takes a week to get to the best, after a week the old best just got topped. Magical, Mysterious.

I agree with this! People should never be the best.!

At the moment, the patch is concerning me the most.

But either way, It's impossible to know what people like without asking them.

And as far as I know, from our msn discussion, he looks up to you alot Korv.

Sorry you dont agree with my opinion, in my view knowing what people want, enjoy and being innovative is what makes the server, not what features the server happens to have at launch, doing market research is a key indication that you dont know what people want and have no idea about how to go about changing that and in my view indicates that the server will be at best a poor collection of things muddled together.

Whether he looks upto me doesnt change my opinion and nor should it, if he does look upto me then he'll understand what im saying.

Maybe I misunderstood your previous comment, I 100% agree with that opinion, but this is exactly what hes trying to do! I "think" this thread is meant to show him what people want, Not that its how I'd find out about what people want(I'd open a server with what I think people would want, and get feedback).

@Korvacs, I've got a select collection of friends. They're varied as most of them are into PvP Servers. I myself have played leveling servers for a couple years, I prefer lower exp rates than a lot of people. I'm trying to get un-bias results.

An example to show my point in a better sense. If a car company goes to a school for 5year old's and enquies about the features of the car they are building, They will get bias results.
Therefor, If i'm not to ask a range of people, i will get bias results. Me asking a bunch of lazy PvPers isn't going to give me a good idea of what people want.
Another point, I have plenty of quest ideas, game ideas, server econemy ideas, me asking what general things people like does not mean i don't know what people want.

Mouse actually has a point there. Weak, but still a point.

As far as leveling servers go, I have yet to find one I actually found really enjoyable, QO was the closest thing to it, also Trinity is pretty cool. IMO these definitely set the standards, a good leveling server is one which can top these.

eh, it didnt happen at any specific point. Think it was a born trait for him to be a douche.
