Need Help Changing Cp Drop Rate

Hey guys, i have a 5165 client and i want to change the Drop Rate i tried everything but i couldn't change it i would be happy if someone can help me please.

incase it's directly to inventory and if u r new/lazytosearch then almost all who made this feature have made up a msg telling u that "u got xx cps , say thanks to idiot[gm]"
search for this one and change the value
else search for the value itself and change it
cant actually shoot in dark more cuz i duno which source u r talking about
oh and it's 5165 SERVER not client

i mean cps drop rate ?? and adjust the monster because im level 255 GM but peasant 1 hit me
