[REQUEST] Simple Command

Hey guys. I just need a simple command that clears all the items off the ground of what ever map your on. I have no idea how to even approach this so even if someone could just point me in the right direction that would be great too. Thanks guys. And please before you guys go "OMG YOU TRYING TO START YOUR OWN SERVER AND CANT EVEN MAKE A NEW COMMAND! NOOB!". I already have put in several features and over a dozen new commands. I just am lost as to how to even do something like this.
