Searching for Conquer Coders

I want to open a Conquer Online server and i want to hire 5 coders
They will be paid from donations ,20% from each donation for each coder.
The server will be stable and long-term

Host Specifications:
Processor : Intel Core i7 2600k
RAM : 8 GB (of RAM)
HDD : 750 GB
Bandwidth : 100MB/S

bro just listen to this steps : ( ur computer server amazing) so :

1.insert windows server 2008 32 bit , i prefer 64 bit ( ididnt expect linux fedora can run .exe commands )
2.divide ur server into Vps
3.u can get any ip u want with divided vps , server
4.insert ur source
5.begin ur server working and connected to internet
6.make good client and auto patcher
7.buy domain for ur co gaming
8.make good website design
9.then go to xtreemtop100 Co servers
10.make ur banner
11.start advertise ur server in the forum
12.be rich and make donation page in ur server

How about a non-profit private server where the donations actually go to the server instead of the owner's pocket (like my server)? Is that not normal?
