5165 Source Help Please

I got everything running, I created the account, I go to log in, and I get stuck here:



And Newest CO Server CMD gets this message.



Also it says Press Enter to close server, but that dont work either!


If you are going to say change it to 32bit, please don't, I have a post there to trying to figure out why I cant do anything.... here is a link, Please help here to if you can.
