Lol, I don't even use binaries and I see what the problem is.
As I told you before I banned you, you didn't set it up correctly. Follow the guide instead of insulting me and posting multiple threads asking for help.

Fine.......... your account port is wrong in the configurations files. They don't match up - "Client Port" and "Account Port". Yes, I do care that you got banned on 4botters. I'm not some heartless troll. I like being realistic - and yes, sometimes that's harsh. Either way, Merry Christmas.... and try make better choices for the new year.

Actually Fang is right, non of the ports match.

Conquer is only using 2 ports.

Accountserver and Gameserver.

Accountserver is Client port and Account port in this case.
Gameserver is Game port and Master port.

Also you're having Account port same as Game port.

replace them with

game server port 5816

I guess under [InternetPort] on your Shell.ini, Master_IP should be 64.191.11.24 and it shouldn't be 127.0.0.1
