I think i should just give-up... i've been trying to do this for 2 years and have never successfully done it.... why would i assume ild understand anymore now... I dont have no clues what im looking for inside all these different Sources... You would think after 30+ different tries at getting a server i would learn that you cant just jump into it. You gotta have some knowledge of what your doing otherwise your doomed to failure. Unless i find someone around me who has done this im never getting a private server for myself... Oh well time to uninstall all this stuff... and delete the 4 gigs of useless stuff i downloaded trying to make this thing...
P.S: thx for all your guys help. srry to put your efforts to waste but i just dont understand anything here and if you say learn code-ing im trying to in college but it makes building a nuke from house-hold supplies look easy...

I assume you have know C# programming knowledge. That's the first step. I'd suggest looking up some guides and trying to make some simple programs so that you can get a good feel for the BASIC syntax of C#. Data types, conditional statements, loops, etc. Once you understand that, it will be FAR easier to set up your source.
As for good sources to use... It depends on what you want from the server... My recommendations are a bit biased but here you go.
Hybrid's project Manifesto (patch 5135 or something like that): Everything is incredibly well coded and from what I can tell the server is just about complete. Very little work needed but can be a real challenge to set up. I remember lots of people complaining about having to try to figure it out.
Hybrid's Basic/Buggless Source (patch 5017). Contains little to no features but is very well coded and would work great as a learning project. I'd use it as a tool to help teach yourself programming for conquer (apply your existing or learned C# knowledge to the game) as you'd need to code most game systems.
A nice middle ground...
Albetros (patch 5518): My most recent source is sort of a middle ground. It's stable, decently coded, contains a reasonable number of features but still has plenty of stuff left for you to work on yourself while not REQUIRING you to do so. We hosted it publicly for a while and it's a perfectly viable test server.
