IM using A 5530+ Source, I need Add Ip ban, But İ dont have any guide, anyone help me?

Just make a database or w/e of ips that are not allowed to connect. Then when receiving a connection from any of those ips, disconnect them and tell them they are ip banned.

OR set a new rule to the firewall setting that blocks the ip from connecting.

I'm pretty sure it's been posted here too on Hybrid's "Bugless/Basic" source. If he wants to take an arrow to the knee and make it harder on himself, then he can continue not searching for things for as long as he wants.
