Problem With PServer

Hello,
I got a problem and i want to fix it
I try to make ma server public on my INET Ip:
So not the static one(Forgot the name of the other ip):P

(Portforwarding)
If i portforward the Ports i need everyone can go into my server exept me,
So i wonder why.
i had this on my WoW server to. I use TCP & UDP ports i think thats correct to.
ill show what i fill in, Please tell me if there is something wrong of it

Protocol:Tcp/UDP InsidePort:9540 EXAMPLE
Insideip:Static Ip OutsidePort:9540 EXAMPLE
OutsideIp:0.0.0.0


Do i have to skip something or ?
Please post any Suggestions, It might work :P
And no cursing or something or about noob or what ever, Just skip away if you dont like it but help is always welcome
