See where it says NpcDialogs with the error sign? Well right click it and click "Remove".
Then right click references, click "Add Reference", then a window with tabs will popup. Click the tab "Projects" and then NpcDialogs should be there. Double click that and you should be good to go.

Why would he need to do that when he can just open the solution file instead of the project file?
