Connection Issue

my experience is kinda low,but i can survive.
umm i found a code in the configuration in the bin **** area says
"#sc delete mysql",so i was thinkin if that would cause this problem i'm having,so i removed it,and it still cant connect to the database.

here's a pic of what i'm having:

and it continues on and on

edit configuration in Program.cs , its will fix it .
