Classic 1.0

friends I'm trying to make a classical version 1.0, that no ninja without power no rank of nobility. My question is, using a 5017 version (which has many bugs) or below, or use a higher version and edit it to the classic version?

If you're trying to make a 1.0 server, and want to use a 5017, you're going to have to downgrade it anyway. I'd say go with the most stable source. It's not like downgrading takes that much effort.

To add on to this...

Hybrid's 5017! All you need to do is change like a couple packets to make it work for 1.0.

The OP asking if he should use "something low like 5017" to host a 1.0 server really brings into question his knowledge of what 1.0 is though... he's a few hundred patches too late to be calling it that :P
