Source Version... kind of a tricky question, isn't it?

So the hardest part of developing a server for me, would definitely have to be deciding what version to develop for. For example, you could go nearly classic and have a version pre-talismans. You could have a version that has some great features but doesn't totally wreck the game. (5065) You could have a version that includes more options and more customization (5165). You could have a patch that is not too old, not too new but still has great potential (53xx). And then you have the brand new patches with fantastic features, excellent graphics, a ton of customization and so on (55xx). With all these patches it can be really hard to decide what patch to develop for. What's your guys' favorite patch and why?

Mine is patch 5165 because it includes ninja as well as a flash login screen and music. Things done the right way on this patch can give you some major flair points. However 5017 would have to be a close second if not a tie because the customization of this patch is unbelievable! You can (with ease) add custom objects, effects, weapons, classes, you name it! So yeah, that's what my opinion is.

My favorite patch is 55xx, cause I like intense leveling (referring to a level server not a pvp), the new features, the tigers etc (I don't really like the deers) when I first saw deers in CO I was like "wtf TQ must be dumb to add deers in a game like this!"

5165 was the last client that was stable**** on Windows 7.
The rest have a HUGE memory problem if you don't login right away.
