Npc in conquerserver v2

Hey guys i have some problem with adding npc's. I wrote similary npc:

And i added it to proces.vb. Everything is good but if i try to use this npc in game i get this error and nothing happened. Can u guys help me? I know for you guys it will be so easy, for me( newbie coder) its very hard Very pls
