Why would you want that...
that sounds terrible for your players. Surely your server can't be THAT unstable. Not even LOTF is that bad.

This ^ I rarely made restarts, maybe once a day, sometimes none.

Lol actually, hes wanting it for 12tails source im sure. I looked through it, and it actually has some loops that never break. Causes ur ping to spike up to 70k+ and then it crashes haha.

Here is a quick little program i made.

You will need to change some settings in the C# source code. Mainly just the name of the file u want to close/start.
