Pls help me to make 5165 pserver on windows xp

How can i make 5165 co private server on windows xp? I've tried to make but i can t open the NewestCoPrivateServer.exe in C:/OldCODB

ok but my question is this: 5165 co pserver is working on 32 bit windows xp home edition????

and im downoaded .NET FRAMEWORK 2.0, 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0

It works on every single operating system that can handle Framework 3.5.
