The reality is, your server is going to fail. You MUST know how to code to have a great server. No joking... so just use NewestCOServer... or, take a look at my blog. Go to Source Downloads and you'll see all of the sources available to you with a short description of them.

PS: To everyone about to dis newestcoserver, know what the problem is:

You MUST know how to code to have a great server.

coding is more than knowing how to make the console write a line you need to know much more advanced coding than that to run and maintain a server but anyway goodluck.

Wanna see what I've been doing with Jumping?
TQ has it so that characters just spawn in the middle of the screen while jumping in. I don't like that so I developed a formula that spawns them on the edge of the screen and makes them jump in from there. To do that, I had to figure out this from any angle:



You need to know how to do things like that if you want to make your own server. Otherwise... it's just going to be full of bugs you cannot fix. If you want to just have a server for your friends... seriously... just download NewestCoServer. It's great for that. Me and my 10 friends had a blast on it.

loooool , everyone know how to do this ) =)) , all you've do is to change the name space and to write " Console.WriteLine("I guess I need ....", but you need to learn to code systems !

You do not consider Console.WriteLine() as coding? Why don't you tell them to remove it then. Please enlighten me as what you consider advanced coding if you know any. I've seen many people not knowing advanced coding and still run and maintain a server look at all the egys/tuks. I learned data structures & computer science algorithms in high school for state competitions. You know Big O?

I know Big-O notation. I took an advanced data structures and algorithm analysis class a year ago.

If you really know Big-O notation, then you should know how important performance is - something that most of the people here don't care about. Get someone who's going to throw together some inefficient crap because it works, and when you attempt to fix it you can't navigate through their poorly written code... so you'll allow it to slow down your server to the point of ridiculousness, because who cares anyway, right?

Not only that, but where is YOUR credibility? You've joined this month, and this request was your first post. Do you honestly expect ANYONE to slave away at a server without pay for someone with no credibility? I think not.

Any proof or you just mad that you wanted to get paid first? So from what you said most 18 year old don't have money? I just recently graduated from high school and got graduation presents, but thanks for the warning.
