[HELP] pls i need help in my source 5375

Hello people of the epvp I need a help in my source 5375, I want to add the skill soulshackle monk, I managed to make the character use the skill in the fantasy but it still is not giving the right effect, if someone can help I appreciate it.

OH MY *** NO HAVE HELP ME HERE =( =(

I guarantee the issue is with your effect system.

Someone paid me to add soul shackle to a source they dloaded and it turned out the issue was with the fact that many of the leaked trinity sources have WRONG effect systems for dealing with the stateff2's (well. I'm sure they can handle it but you have to be very, very careful how you assign and specify things)
