There are a number of ways to display those effects. Do a bit of searching and you'll find guides on how to do this with older sources. Simply use that information as a 'template' on how to code it in current patches.

I use the server's impulse 5375, he is running normally, so that sometimes it's an error, Error: Disconnected with game server. Please login the game again! .
So nobody else can log on!
Some days it does not occur, most of the day that has up to 10 times this error!
So I have to restart the server to work again!
