although i installed .NET Framework 2.0 - 3.0 - 3.5 - 4.0

Choose the first option. Then go on the project's proprieties and target the project to a lower version of .Net Framework. Might work.

You have framework version 4 installed wheras it's geared to use framwork 3.5... you can try to convert it to 4.0 or you can simply download 3.5 in addition to your 4.0 one.

i tried alot but getting more errors .

The same way I told you to do, but instead of lowering the project's framework version, you increase it. That's more likely to work, altough a machine with Microsoft .Net Framework 4 installed should be able to run all .Net programs, independing on the version, since 4 is the latest version of Framework.

Just google .net framework 3.5 and download it (I agree that 4.0 SHOULD run the old ones but better safe than sorry)
