New "Report" rules

Just a little notification, "Reported posts" are now considered spam, this includes:

#Reported

#Reported for some reason

And do not include:

#Reported, plus some random help to what ever he/she/that were asking

And so on, of course you give a little heads up to the person what he did wrong, especially new members, but just don`t try not to overdo it.
