The packet is always sent before the packet for the little icon when you take more than 1K of money. Nobody know something about? For the moment, I just notice that the packet is probably constitued of 3 Int32 and the second is the money value.

The 1010 one is the effect that shows when you pick up a lot of money (as you said).
The 1029 one is a good question because I have no idea.
Edit: the 1010 packet can handle the amount that it shows with the effect, so I have no idea what the 1029 packet is for.
