I started messing with some files at ini folder an this is the result lol
You can change more skills, ss and fb into thunder are just an example, read till the end.

How to change fb or ss into thunder: (the hard way)
1.- Go to the folder Conquer2.0/ini and open the file 3DEffect.ini.
(remember to make a backup before changing anything)
2.- Search for [thunder1-8]
(this is the replacement skill we're going to use)

Copy all the text in orange, we have to replace that text into the fb or ss skill.
3.- Now we have to search for the elements of fb/ss skill and replace what's under those elements with the text on orange.
Search and replace at:
For fastblade:
[swordgas-b]
[swordgas-m]
[swordgas-s]
For scentsword:
[flyflower]
[flyflower-1]
[flyflower-2]
[sword-l-1]
[sword-l-3]
4.- Now save the changes and open conquer to see the results.
(the extension of thunder depend on the lvl of ur skill, the shot was made with fixed ss)
Note: this was tested with fixed ss and fb lvl 1 xD, so if is not working for you in another level you will need to search for more elements with swordgas on the name and replace them all

If you want to do more:
At the folder Conquer 2.0\ini you'll find these files:
3DEffect.ini = main file
3DEffectObj.ini = linking to .c3
3DTexture.ini = linking to .dds (visual image)
as you can see on the picture
The 3DEffect.ini file put all togheter to make the skill look how is supposed to look, the file 3DTexture.ini have the link to the dds files (those we edit to change color or look of different skills), and the file 3DEffectObj.ini have the link to the c3 files, Im not sure but I think these files (.c3 files) are related to the behavior (movement) for the differents .dds files (images we see when the skill is excecuted).
So you can use these files in a smart way to do something different.
On the sample of ss/fb to thunder I had to replace only one element ([thunder1-8]) into 4 differents elements for scent sword, this is because scent sword is divided in differents instructions, some for the swords that fall from the sky, other for the petals, the flowers and also a little background.
This means you'll find some problems when trying to change some skills because the number of elements wont fit.
If you dont replace in all elements you can have a mixed effect with thunder and flowers, or thunder and swords coming down from the sky, use your imagination ^^
