Using an Hex editor (Hex Workshop 4.2 is good...but fell free to use your favourite one)

Open your Hexeditor
Open Conquer.exe
Search (text string) Fps:%
After Fps:% Replace English with Chinese
Save

BANG ..it works

so i dont need to upload any file

If any1 posted a guide like this before me...sorry i didnt found it...so i posted it :P
