I usually just browse around these forums, but I thought I'd post something constructive for once and earn a little bit of my keep.
I made this map a couple years ago and had full intentions of mapping out the other levels, but hadn't gotten around to it yet. You can tell its a bit old by the glitched fire right below the "B" circle...they've fixed that now. I hope this is helpful to someone, I've been keeping it to myself for so long. I marked just the spawns of note and the coords are general location.
