This is sometimes true. It is just based on luck. When loto first came out, i had 2 dbs to waste. So i tried lottery. I was the first one to obtain 2 skt ears, +8 boots and +8 ears all with one db.

I think Luck is a numerical Digit Either Gained or lost In Proceedings in the Game...For instance Completing Certain Quests may + luck....Obviously LUCKYTIME increases luck Cuz I made 2 1 soc normal Bags so Far with my Water Tao lvl 55 for getting 500+ kills and then Trying to lvl A new Bag :P

If Like is a numerical Digit in the game...Then Maybe getting PKP's Decreases luck?? Cuz I notice my Noob lvl 87 Archer Has the Best luck outta all my chars cuz he has never really been outta TG besides for me to P lvl him...


I am Currently running a lotto Test with 4 chars...

Tro=Regular PKer...Warr=Sometimes pker sent 2 peoples to jail...and a watertao and an archer that have never ever pked or been killed ...

I dunno...But I let U guys know when I spend my next 10 db's in a couple of days

yeah i tried that stick to one box thing, i ended up with a +8 earing and made 300mil

i dont think pk points matters enything cause my friend has a lv 129 warrior and he always gets 120 mets a week and spamms and always gets a socet some times even 2 socs and from lotto i gave him 27cps and he got 2 soc ears with the first time so yeah hes luxy XD but taos do have more luck with or without pkps

well u can aswell get mets and spam for soc and sell the norm socs for 2-3 dbs and voila u still get the dbs xD

this is what i believe:

when you create a char, you get a random gen of luck.
this luck sticks with ur char, i think this because of all the lucky people (and 1 of my chars) that gets good stuff lots.. and then my other chars who **** up anything.

BUT, MAIN PROOF FOR ME:
i have played Eudemons online, obviously same maker.. (TQ Digital).. and that game IS luck. people would pay "lucky" people to upgrade their stuff.. caus on that game, fail once = start over pretty much...

but, i forget all my points etc, to link it all up soo, read that and maybe find what im tryna say

it might be but i belive in what i use and figured out so far so yeah i like doing stuff my way xD

My guess on lotto is that its EXACTLY like the game where you win a stuffed animal... its partially rigged Each box is like a different game.... if one box is opened say 20 times you get junk/semi decent items the next 4-5 will be better then its junk for another 20 and then the REALLY expensive is more like once the box is opened 400 times the next 1 will be good... thats just my theory not real a THEORY! i should test that out with like a **** load of dbs

i dont thing its a way to get somthing items from lottery in some way and another so just use lottery how you thing you need guys but that just my suggession who wanna bellieve that tricks.
