For those who are receiving errors orientated around c3_core_dll.dll

C3_CORE_DLL.dll is to do with your video/graphics card, and drivers

if you download

and extract to a folder, and then run aida32.exe

look for the display tab on left nav bar and select PCI/AGP VIDEO

you will see something simmilar to this

go to the manufacturers site and download the latest driver for your video card, install and reboot

this worked for me when other suggested fixes didnt

When you first installed Conquer1207.exe look in the Conquer2.0 folder for a file named version.dat open it with notepad.
It will tell you what version that was installed by Conquer1207.exe from download.com.
Then goto the FTP site ftp://64.151.85.204/zf/ and download only the patches that you need to get the fresh installed version up to 4339.

try those two fixes if you have the error, lemme know if they work

i do beleive aida32 is clean, but i havent been able to scan with jotti or VT due to problems
