Creating forum Ip Proxy

Have you been banned from the Offical Conquer Online forums or just want to rage their forums with Tubgirl or ****** or maybe even gay buttsechs?

I'll tell you how in this simple tutorial

1) Get a proxy. You can find a list of proxy ips from this site

Checking if the Ip works and how fast it is

2) to check to see if the ip is up navigate to
Start>Run> and type in "cmd" in the run space. A black box should open type "Ping <The ip you want to ping>" and see if it times out. If it times out that means it doesn't work. and if it takes forever to read the data to ping it. It isn't worth it.

Red = Failed
Blue = Passed

Applying the Proxy.
3) Open Internet Explorer and go to Tools>Internet Options > Connections and click on LAN settings. Check the box "Use a proxy server for your LAN." and input the Ip and port you had gotten from the site above. Hit ok and apply. For safe measure restart your computer. To use your new Ip proxy use Internet Explorer.

Now you can rage the forums worry free.

Isn't it easier to just go through google or babelfish translator and just fake translate it?

Or there's free web proxies around too.. no need to change any settings: hidemyass.com, etc.
