It varies from one to the next, but as a rule they each drop 4 items.
IF one drops a fifth, sometimes it's special (uinique, etc) but it's worth the same at NPC.
Different duras drop items of different value.
The lower level BI ones range from 11k - 15k each (so 44k - 60k for all 4 items after is sold, per dura).
The higher level MC ones drop 33k stuff (I dunno exactly but well over 100k total).
It is rare to find ALL of them in one trip (at least for me), but even a few (2-3) and you walk away with 200-300k in 5-10 minutes.
Watch for ks'ers, thou the good news is botters will ks and pick up the stuff, then drop it later if you just follow the botter (bot thinks it's worthless) <- Please don't fix this.
I still go after the desert ones as well, even if it's only 9k or so / item.
It's worth doing once, maybe twice / day.
Still need to finger out spawn times (which is why I came here, was hoping lolz).
