i agree wif the pint that if it lvls wif 2-3 mets the luck is high coz wen my items lvl wif 1-2 mets i lvl it again it works again i got my elite boots from lvl 70-110 wif 5 mets =)

u guys = idiots!! ........i talked to moderator and they said should upgrade quality easier in lvles 40-50 so.. give it a spin.. i actualy socketed my cap doing this.. xP

its my old trick but i try it with elite haigh lvl items like club blade over lvl 80 if it work in 3 met only u can upgrade lvl and qualaty i upgrade my super gear with 3 mets each and i made super 2 soc clup from elite with 2 dbs and my armor elite to super 2 dbs and my other clup 2 but evry time i must use many char to make it coz its only 2 or3 chance to work with 1 char then u should use other char to finish

its all luck based, for me it just took finding the right character to do the upgrading. some are good at hunting, mining, upgrading equipment, just need to do some testing to see who is best for the job.

rolf, guys this its stupid, i dnt know what about ur servers but in my server a db its more expensive or same than a elite necky, elite ring, or elite boots; so, why u r making elite an stupid unike boots, GO AND BUY IT!!! dnt speand money and dbs whit this ****....
