lol I know :P I'm not good with the instructions. I have a flaw personally that I expect everyone else to be as knowledgeable as me and able to figure it out with minimal help so my instructions come up short most of the time :P
But I also have no clue how else to explain how to get it working. I need someone that does have experience beyond just a normal player to help me understand why people are having a problem connecting. No info = no fixing. I can't fix what I don't know :[
so sadly that i can only use 1 client with that program. its ping went up to several thousands after i turned on the speed hack, :P so..... welll better than nothing

Ive done up the server.dat and xproxy.cfg files to suit my IP and added the Proxy server. And my CO never got patched after 4354. I load up Xproxy, try to login, but it still says "Invalid Version Number. Please update your client!" Also, my new proxy server that i tried to create in the server.dat file aint showing up...so...wat am i missing xD...?
And btw, wat file does the server look at to determine if youre clients outdated? is there a way of fixing that without actually patching? I know changing version.dat dont work...anyways, any help is appreciated !
hey bone-you, i hope you got the fix for the autostig module now. Can u make a xproxy that doesnt have the autostig module? its crashing down the client because of the very high ping. I already tried getting out the autostig module but im still having the same problem. Once again thanks for the great work with this proxy.

Ok fine...tell me this...when youre creating your proxy server, the IP number in the server.dat file is YOUR IP right? and in xproxy.cfg, you put the same number there? Thats wat im trying... it just says "Connection failed due to congestion"
If i put the normal server's ip into the proxy ip, it gets to logging in but then says that i need to update...
and btw, i realised why i couldnt see my proxy server, at the top it was "Number of Servers in Group=12" but my proxy was number 13...

1st. Copy and paste this conquer.exe attached to your 4354 CO folder. (Dont worry, that conquer.exe came from this very website a long time ago.)
2nd. Get bone-you's xproxy running.
3rd. Run your SV as you usually do it.
