PS: Im not sure if alot of people know this, but i have seen none on my server.
Some of us will encounter the prob that we dont have good equipts for noobs, or as a noob(without main), u find it hard to find some good equipts. Actually, fixed items are a good start, for example, a fixed lvl 52 earring's m-def is actually equals to a uni lvl 97 earring's m-def.
But, what if you get +1~+9 fixed items? Yea, you will be saying, its FIXED. Yes, the lvl cant be helped. But, you can make it +1 with stones.
So you get my idea? Fixed is good, Fixed+1~9 is even better. Imagine a lvl 52 doing massive dmg(for a lvl 52) and taking very little dmg from lower/same/slightly higher lvled mobs ^.^

Backsword*: +M-attk
Armors* : + Phy-def and M-def

Necky*: + phy-def and HP
Ring*: + phy-attk
Shield*: + phy-def
Bracy: + M-attk
Bow:+phy-attk
Dex ring:+phy attk

M= Magic
phy= Physical
Oh, on a last note, Fixed items are dropped by messengers' and Aides'
