Its not so much of a scam as it is being an *** to people.
I mean its pretty common sense but then why dont you just go do that to their account instead of e-mail? sure they can get their password back but not before you have their stuff.

what are u talking about you wouldnt get arrested. Noone could ever prove that and what would u get arrested for? tricking him into telling his email to you? thats his fault.

"tricking him into telling his email to you?" Yes but your then tricking them again to get personal information then getting into there email account. Thats fraud in someways and just by going into there account your getting into serious trouble.
Its not like going into a conquer account because email accounts are 100 times more important.

For example if someone had there bank account linked to there email and you went into there email. I wouldnt be suprised if they decided to track you down.
Not that hard to do. Just by posting this here you could get into trouble because your encouraging criminal activity.

how could they prove its you? some peoples ips change everyday so not that. your conquer account doesnt say who you are and he wouldnt get in trouble because even tv shows etc encourages worst crimes

Its simple. Youd need to enter the hotmail account to hack the conquer account. Finding the person would be extremely easy you dont know nothing about how internet/cyber police work. They can just request logs from hotmail.

These type of police can also find anything on your computer. Even if it was deleted a year ago. Unless you change harddrive.

yeah thats how they caught my dad for "something" even tho his computer crashed and everything was deleted the stuff was still on his hard drive and they found it and arrested him now we are waiting for his trial -.-
