I don't wona copy some one , than if i em , than srr : Put all toogether :
1st do like:
Tw3ak (it is hes idea)
\ini\ChatTips.ini - open edit and del all what is inside

- no Tips
2nd do like:
next do like pjay (it is hes idea) :
\ini\3Deffect.ini - open edit and del all what is inside

- no effects (no arrows)
3th do like:
Fore remove effects do like a1blaster:

4th do like:
Sound\ - and dell all sound what u wona its work and system is no't lagged , computer memmory is cleaner

You mith sude come up with somthing better than this,this is a copy off 3 athers works and a1blasters tool is all what is needet. and if the sound thing is yours u mith sude post it alone.
