Well i have an idea if you are in botjail find patch 4349 and then wait until you are put into that jail then upgrade your client to 4351 and your out of jail including botjail

i know that it works i have tested it with four noobs you just need to learn how to read .. INFO:all characters on server which are on patch 4349 will be put into patch jail (seperate from bot jail) upgrade and leave to tc
and it looks like it is going to be performed on every server

In some of the servers it doesn't send you to patch jail for not patching,IF you are on one of them servers try leaving you're character on for about 30 mins- 1 hour and it should be jailed then.

i think there is an idead but its littele hard first send acc water reborn to jail bot to get ur acc out
in the jail bot u cant attck other ppl but u can attack the gurd so when the sikll of the arter coming chose the pat and kill it with ur anther acc (the one u want to get it out ) and still do that till u take the black name agtef that kill ur acc (the black name) with the water acc
then when he die he will send to the normal jail :D ;) ...
