Did you run it as Administrator? It could be the problem..
Or does it give some error or something?
it doesnt say coz when i run it it runs automatically no admin ask.. and the error says
"Unhandable exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue. the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click quit the application will close immediately.

Right click on it, then click on Run as Admin...

I will the function to run the program automatic as administrator.
So people that don't understand how to run it as Administrator won't need to do much..
... you do realize it's just a simple ini editor. Not dismissing his work but the 'code' would literally just be him reading in a text file and then saving it based on what filters you apply....
You can do the same thing manually by opening ini/3deffect.ini and removing any unwanted entries.
You ALSO realize this thread is from 2010.... so you're about 5 years too late to the party if you want to ask any questions about the release.
Some others asked me to make such a program so i did it.
Effects that will be invisible are:
- Super Glows
- Flower Effects
- Cool Effects
- Sounds
- Nobility

Click the things you would like to remove.
Play and have fun!

few effect remover? 07/14/2008 - Conquer Online 2 - 2 Replies i wasnt playing conquer for about 1 year now, but now im back for guild wars... but there are so many effects that sucks up my fps, and sometimes i missclick... so i was wondering if there is a guide on what should i delete or modify in CO for getting SDG/ SPG/ STG and all the gem effects off, and also to remove the nobility,and blessing titles that pop up all the time when they get into your screen... so im not asking for a full effect remover, just for something that removes the most anoying...
