This is just a randomizer I found a long time ago which will do lottery numbers, names, individual numbers and a few more things. I use to use it to hold guild lotteries and other guild activities. I had every one pay a little amount of money for a ticket and what ever I got from them I kept like maybe 10% and gave the winner the rest. I've quite my guild since because I didn't have enough time to look after it but it worked pretty good at the time.
