I think so as thats the min lvl to have 2 weps, I've tried it on noobs and it doesn't work so I guess its for 40+

I have a question:
What can I do with that? :S
Maybe u can get bot jailed?? Because if ur a warrior,and you have 2 weps,u will lvl up faster the wep..Illegal?

Well tnx. +K for you since I didn't know that worked
Now I will make myselve a lil program for waters equpting 2 weapons and *BOOM* 2 more SRGs and 50% more expirience.
PS. I will sugest not to use with other characters since you will get baned/bot jailed and It will get patched preety soon. On the other hand, a water with 2 weapons in a stak is hard to notice.
