Well it's been a long time since i posted or even read this forum .
I started playing conquer again last week. (so i got bored sue me)
anyways i made this little patch to use after each Co patch to enable
Multiclient. (instead of having to manually hex edit the file each time)
Figured you might like it.

and i wanted something quick and easy.
like i said.
just something to avoid having todo it manually all the time.
Well I had to look at it with PE Explorer since Multipatch.exe set off my virus checker. I saw the address for diablo2oo2 and went there to check it out. Saw that there was two versions of the patch maker there. I DLed both, one is clean #2 the other showed a trojan #1 in it while extracting the program.
Also scans by virustotal will be a problem since it shows Troj/WGAPatch-A and Trojan.WpePro in the Multipatch.exe.
Aaaah used dup2 for a while now for various stuff never had any problems.
Neither ClamAv AvG or avast ever complained about it.
Guess i could whip out VB and make a homemade one if ppl are interested.

or DeASM it

Basically this is just another way of a multiclient which you can mostly do by yourself, rather then just copy and paste an already modified conquer.exe in your folder and you dont know what has been modified in it. This is just a safe way of getting a multiclient, its a simple file patcher that changes your conquer.exe into a multiclient.
This program was made with cheatengine so it will have false positives when scanned!, hopefully one of the mods will back me up on...
