okay, maybe not, but it did give me a few hundred less on my ping.
basically, microsoft are b*stards, and they reserve 20% of ur bandwidth for themselves.

anyways, after finding out about this yesterday, i found a tool to fix it.

ps: an alternative fix for this problem, is simply not to use microsoft

windows always reserves 20% of your bandwidth(speed) for its own uses( updating etc) all it does is set the reserved bandwidth to 0% so u wont lag in conquer because of windows update etc.

apparently, this doesn't work on certain operating systems, if it didn't work, you can always use the manual method.

What if ur not using the automatic update of microsoft?
Do you still need this progz.

Run>gpedit.msc>Computer Configuration>Administrative Templates>Network>QoS Packet Scheduler>Limit reservable Bandwidth
Tho this may not have any noticable effect.
