Correct about the +1's.
As for the gems, you can d/l the file and search for "gem". You will see this:

There you have norm/ref/super of all kinds of gems. So yes it will pick them up.

It will pick up refined, unique, elite, super, mets, dbs, gems, and many other items.
It will pick large piles of money (buillon, bars).

It won't pick up normal stuff or fixed items.
It won't pick small piles of money (silver/sycee/gold).
I also use it to loot in market so it doesn't pick up city scrolls, crappy ores, and assorted items like sulphur, firesticks, etc.

If you find something in your inventory you don't like, just open the file in Notepad, search for the item, and delete that line.

Save it in your proxy folder as itemz.txt or items.txt, depending on which proxy you use. Call it whatever the item list you have now is called.

Noob question why is the file .ibf ? can u make it rar ?
