I found what causes the error:

The error: cannot find dlllentrypoint:setLayered.window attributes in user32.dll is caused in Windows 98 because Windows 98 cannot make windows transparent (the SetLayeredWindowAttribute API call is used to make windows or forms transparent).
Windows XP supports transparent windows so it works there.
It only runs that code if the operating system is Windows 2000/XP/Vista.

I'm sorry but transparent windows are part of the GUI of the program and I can't change that.

erm.. can i ask for a repost of 0.84? been using inSertTooL before hdd crashed recently and lost all my programs.

currently using 4349 atm. thx in advance

inSertTooL connects to the process based on the process name. It looks for the "[Conquer2.0]" string. If the window is not named "[Conquer2.0]" inSertTooL won't hook to it.
The only way to combine those 2 is to hook inSertTooL to each client you need and after that you can rename them.

okiez, doesn't wanna upgrade to 4351 due to the troublesome steps in order to get SV working =&#092;
seems like i'm stuck without inSertTooL till someone release a way to make a loader for SV.

Read "3. Errors Running the Tool (fixes)".
You have incompatible multi client or you are not running CO2 version 4351.
