yes that is the problem.
even if you instal Java correctly.
or input the IPs correctly

Qoproxy doesn't work on french and spanish server since the potency Patch if someone can make something for that it wiil be very apreciate
Moreover If you can make it work it will be good because in few time us server will have potency too

reinstal game at patch 4351
