Why is the file size so big? File size: 938991 bytes
My copy is way smaller. File size: 175200 bytes

The *.PWS.* stands for PassWordStealer.

I just scan the one I have and it has more warnings then the scan your showing.

It's safe, only thing is that eSafe, is picking up remnamnts of Win32.Poplio, but eh nothing else does so it's fake, the file is CLEAN, it says suspicious because it sees code that looks dangerous... dur?
