OMFG.
xD
If you wouldn't have asked me about the Vista I never would have solved it.
It wasn't autorunning as Admin, which it should have and I thought it was, and I right clicked it and hit run as admin and BAM it works. I could kick myself. xD
Thank you for all of your help. I'm sooooooooooooo happy I can use it now xD

Hi. I still havnt worked out how to make Co2m8 hold in ctrl for me. Has it got to do with the jump dodge? Oh and do you have to log in via Co2m8 to use multiply clients?

CO2M8 doesn't hold ctrl for you. As far as muli-client goes you have to DL a multi-client to use that feature. There are several for you to choose from.

hmm, a friend got me back to co, *waves to all the ones who hate/love me* ah my fans, I am back for at least a little while.
Anyhow, the first thing I did was grab this handy dandy tool, and I noticed how improved it was, way to go Joek. I also noticed a bug, it's not a major one, and basically just a little pet peeve. TQ, bless them for being so ignorant, I mean they're scanning for trojans and havent found this memory reader/manipulator, clears the password if you lag out or for other dcing. They also insist on putting the server selection to the newest. *groan* Any way you can fix that Joek? It's not a major bug, just a major annoyance.

Yeah I know the newish FLASH login is a pain in the proverbial, its laggy, painful and somewhat resistant to manipulation which is why they run it of course; I will put the m8's public circumventions for it in place at some point, just waiting for a bit to see whats next.

Yes its jump dodge, activate it and release the ctrl button b4 you hit the ground on the first jump, that locks ctrl in place till you hit ctrl again.
Hint The KB shortcuts contain several not immediately obvious tricks, but they will not be publicly described for obvious reasons.

I'm not a fan of none DC speeding, it really impacts other players around you heavily and I've seen abusers of it do some very nasty things to other players; so sorry no you won't see it in m8.

The solution is present in this thread, please beware "none dc speeding" can give you personal problems with TQ and this will become more dangerous in the future.
However you can use the manually version and personally regulate your click rate, this is much safer.

Any update on the non-Themida based code protection update? I miss co2m8, and sadly I cannot bring myself to stop using AVG in favor of it.

Yes I just released it
New co2m8 v1.52 for 5053 now released.
All function still working as required as per previous release.
Changed exe encapsulation method in an effort to make less virus detectors go boink,
will need some user feedback on what issues this now causes and also what detectors are still getting overexcited.

Nice work as usual, and that flash pos is terrible, at first I liked it but now it's junk. heck, my laptop even does it faster than my pc. Either I need a new pc or I got too much **** running :P However, I noticed that it does the screen after every disconnection. I wonder if you could have m8 detect the connection lost window, then the instant it closes it out to resend the password data to the client. Perhaps that could work. It would be much faster than closing it out then reloading it and you wouldnt have to click the right server all the blinking time.

Flash is a giant pain in the rear, yes I can break it but there's certain problems that arise from doing that and at this time I'm not prepared to publicly take that that position.

M8 1.52 should work for client 5053, for higher versions see my table thread...

Yeah 1.52 does test as somewhat cleaner and thats the best I can do for now while at the same time offering the users of co2m8 a degree of detection protection from the game client.
It all comes down to do you want the smaller risk of the tool writer(ie me) stealing your characters or the far greater risk of the game writer holding your character to ransom in bot-jail.

hmm, cant imagine what that would be except the chance tq monitors this thread, can download and reverse engineer the tool and prevent it in the future. If you like you could explain it via pm, unless I guessed. (I wouldn't be surprised if I did, its been known to happen.)
Anyhow, here's a suggestion. As you know, tq added a bunch of junk and made having two COs a waste of space. I used to have one just for a blank effects. Anyways, I was wondering if you could have a permanent 3deffects off option for the program buttons. That way one can at least load their tg client with the least amount of fuss. And if there is a way to streamline the tg experience, say getting rid of more effects then all the better. Maybe name the option tg client. Because I for one often forget until I am in tg and notice the effects :P
