ISP: Internet Service Provider, you can't change it every time you conect to internet. or you can, but then you will have to wait like 2 weeks between the conects.

Sure, do you know what kind of effort and costs are bundled to that? They will never do, would be something else if Phising is used against banks for example. But still, Im not a friend of those scamming ways, ingame is okay to scam items, but if we allow such thing we can already start explaining what keyloggers are.

I agree...i use one scam like that..i just tell anyone if wanna sell any stuff for USD, then i send one fake email telling Western Union sent him like 500 USD he give me the item and done.
I do that for like 4 months made my tro almost full 2 soc and nothing happen
