A edited version with only CommandTokens renamed

Reupped on megaupload, zerowaitingtime seems to don't load correct sorry for inconveniences

Usage:
- Go to Conquer 2.0/ini
- Backup itemtype.dat
- Unzip modified itemtype.dat in that folder
- Run conquer
