because that is internet fraud. scamming for real money constitutes a real felony. by the way it dont matter what dollar amount if your doing a real money sam. It could be a nickel or it could be a million. Selling goods and services for cash would be a felony. Yes folks you could goto jail. Making hotmail accounts with fake names and the like wouldn't help. Cause they have ip logs at hotmail. Hotmail being owned by microsoft also has no inhibitions it will let the govenrment know your ip address if your email is suspected of committing fraudulent acts for money over the internet. Credit Card fraud if the scammed is using one to give you cash.
Bank fraud any bank you use in a real money scam the money you scam is illegal therefor you have also commited bank fraud. That would include any online entities like pay pal, western union, chasemanhattan internet banking.
Also your doing this more than likely over interstate lines so it's automatically a federal case right off the bat. If the individual in question is from a foreign country more than likely you will have to answer to their charges as well. Which means if the department of justice decides to drop it's case against you in favor of extraditing you to the victims country for trial then lets just say you'd beg to go to the federal pin here. They are hotels compared to other prisons in some foreign countries. *** newbs dont you get it this is about cheating a game for pixelated gold and pixelated items.
